- Poriyal or Veg curry is a typical side dish served with rice in a South Indian menu.
These are healthy, easy and dont take much time. A variety of vegetables are used to get the goodness of nutrients.
The 7 Poriyals/Sabjis are
1 Beetroot Poriyal
2 Raw Banana Poriya
3 Cabbage and Carrot Poriyal
4 Chow chow/ chayote Poriyal
5 Beans Poriyal
6 Vendakai/Bindi/ladys finger Poriyal
7 Potato Poriyal - Zábava
Please add1/2 tsp Sambar powder to the bhindi / ladys finger sabji while cooking Seems to have been missed out while recording ! 😊
