To make a game like this, you can also try out Scratch, an easy to learn programming language (kids pick it up very easily). I think in 2 hours you create the same game in Scratch but better looking and having full control over the behavior. Programming is fun, give it a try!
If you mean the quality of the game sure I agree with you. This video wasn't to show a full fledged game that looks amazing, just more to show ai model capabilities at the moment. Appreciate the comment though.
