Good operator there, working a steel-framed building with a ball. Shearing off horizontal beams is easier than knocking down the columns though; columns, especially long ones, act like springs to absorb the blows. Although a high-reach demo excavator with a shear might be the better machine to use on this type of job, a skilled crane operator using a ball can still get the job done. Nicely done video.

Wer mit minderer Qualität baut der baut öfter. Erschreckend wird nach nur kurzer Zeit wieder abgerissen das ist Ressourcen verschwendet.
Sadly it was not torn down because of quality. Instead the property was bought and demolished for industrial warehouse space
