HI, are you talking about Garden Wing suite?
Garden Wing suite= you go to Horizon Club Lounge, where you have buffet breakfast and evening cocktails only. (mostly 4 star kind of club lounge )
Valley Wing -rooms and suites -you go to Summit Room for breakfast where servers serving you, ,
As for Afternoon Tea, you go to lounge inside Valley Wing where servers serve you 3 tier stands and cup of coffee/ pot of tea and champagne.
Evening cocktails- you go to Champagne bar for nice evening snacks and alcohols.

When we put together this video, it was during the lockdown period.. Horizon lounge was closed off for lockdown guests. As residents, even though we were staying at the Garden Wing suites.. we still had breakfast / evening canapes at Valley Wing side.
Horizon lounge looks very nice in the pictures though.. :) Never tried that one unfortunately
