She's nice 'cause she uses her own HP to buff her atk, any character should be able to do this since it's just dodge+counter.

I dont understand where the plain damage is coming from. Is it part of her innate skills? or is it an equipment or gear or echo?

The plain DMG should be a standard mechanic for hitting the Perfect Dodge+Counter. Looks like it's HP% Based 'cause my lv 40 characters were dealing the same 8.2k on counters.
Only reason I used her is 'cause she was the only lv 1 on my account and I wanted to meme.
The bear hits for around 15k dmg.
