Try to use professional but cheaper microphone at begning will deliver better sound quality..Here in Trichur now a days good quality biryani not available anywhare bcz everybody use small grain rice and called Talassery biryani.They dont know the international standard is long grain rice for biryani.I think Jeff they are using long grain rice.Also please put location for Jeff.anyway appreciate great attempt..carryon man..good luck.
