Go with tulips. That's an investment that, historically, has always gone great and definitely never had an abrupt and catastrophic crash in the Netherlands.
As an dutch, i can confirm tulips are PROFITABLE, i mean it's not as profitable as spices, but i doubt thhere are spices other than peppers in that game.
you can also grab the grass hanging on the house and also use the grass bag from cutting the grass to fill the compost bin aswell and to pick up the compost you have to be holding the magnifying glass (key 1) you cant pick up if you have the hand / tool equip
Grass clippings can be used for a full compost bin.

few baby tips - got the game after your first vid and already played 10 hours lol
use your small mower to remove old or unwanted crops or to casue yourself stress on good crops like you saw lol.
Landing zone is your friend, no longer need to pick up the small planks from broken boxes
fertilizer on fast crops unlocked and flowers, once at a high-quality sell for a lot. you can fertilize once a day and can check with the magnifying glass (number 1). the quality will go down over time but it takes a few days. lawn clippings in the composter will give you 100% full

another little tip... get the landing zone, when you destroy the boxes for packaging you will no longer need to pick up the spare wood
the landing zone also works as a nice mobile disposal unity, you can just walk around holding it and it picks up and sells the trash on the ground automatically, as well as the boards on the windows
Drae. You use the hedges to plant around your flowerbeds to protect them from the cat 🐈

You can put grass clippings in the compost bin and you can also take the vines off the side of the house
you was about to mention this glad i saw your first. vines do 40% each, clippings do a full 100%. kind of makes sense why someone is paying 22c for one bag, since fertilizer is expensive

This game reminds of a first person version of farmville(an old Facebook game which I broke)! Does this game have Tiger Lillie's which made tons of gold in Farmville.

Drae those primrose were not worth it my guy. After you take the base cost out you barely make 5 coins per plant per day. Just stick with chilies. It's a straight 3 per plant per day. And can be harvested indefinitely.
pumpkins are pretty good too, but I don't like how much space they take. I can't wait for him to get sprinklers. but i'm going to be branching into corn to see what that's like, a good step up from pumpkins, if only a smaller profit margin
