I don’t really have a good answer lol but when I have it all together I am still able to pop the cams to the side to reshim without actually getting it out of time and taking the chain off of the cam..if that makes sense? But honestly I could have just left it unattached and put it on later.
Well Kawis naturally are noisy and have tick. But in person it was a lot louder than on camera. I heard it an knew right away the tick sound was too loud
do you have any idea what would cause white smoking coming from my piston block i put coolant in it let it run for 5 seconds then i heard a tick and sizzling noise from the piston so i shut it off imediatly and the smoke was still coming out from the block i stuck a camera in the intake and it was just smoke im not sure if this was a coolant leak and i would have no idea what it came from because i had my valves done and shimmmed from the shop but i brought it today to be done any idea?@@motion_mx
About todo rebuild my 06 kx250f. Little nervous but ill have good help from a engine builder friend of mine! Nice video man!

got an o6 kx250f from a guy in Va for $800 bucks. Originally wanted a kx250, i'm glad I got the 4 stroke the power band is a lil more forgiving.

They do come pretty clean and yes I did. It’s best to wash in soapy water and then blow out with an air compressor.
