John Walker having a fall from grace before a redemption arc and Karli having a damnation arc was something I loved with this series. It handled the characters so well.
Petition to have Bucky’s name changed to “White Wolf” he worked so hard to get over being the Winter Soldier.
I agree.. All they had to do was explore his relationship with wakanda a bit more and it's done. What's that? Like 1 more scene of him reclaiming the name while having a conversation with the Dora milaje? They could have focused on buckys character development just as much as Sam's. They missed with that one or he'll have that name in captain America 4
The series planted the seeds for the next steps in PHASE 4 and PHASE 5. Bucky Barnes accepts the alias *White Wolf* and will aid Sam until we see the next BIG INCOMING in Avengers sequels. The pieces are falling into their right place carefully.

If you think this show actually gave a crap about Barnes or his characterization, you weren't paying attention.
He's only there so that more people would watch and to be an instrument to Wilson's arc (in as much as his can be called an arc anyhow).
They definitely should've given him a different name for the closing title card. I was happy to see "Captain America" there, but Bucky's whole thing was him trying to put the Winter Soldier to rest.
I'm glad that the finale gave Bucky the closure he needed and we got to see a scene where he feels at home with the people around him. That moment with Bucky walking in with the cake is everything.

The great thing about this series is none of the antagonists (Karli, John even Sharon) were a black and white villian. You may disagree with any one of them, but you understood them.

Both sides had valid points, and at the end, karli was just a misguided teenager fighting for the right reasons with the wrong methods. That entrance with the Captain America music is the best! And the speech he gave later gave me all the feels. Steve would be so so proud of him. He really embraced that role when it came down to it, including giving Izyah a well deserved exhibit of his own. I didn’t realize how much I wanted to see Sam as cap until this episode. It was kinda cool seeing John Walker and Bucky working together. I’ll give John creddit where it’s due, he earned a little more of my respect during that action scene. I want more from him Zemo and Sharon also known as the power broker. This episode was everything I wanted and more!

I honestly think some people don't fully grasp what it means for someone to get THREE Medals of Honor, the writers made it very clear from the beginning what kind of person John Walker is, it's just unfortunate that so many people got caught up in the hate to realize the truth. Walker saving the hostages is fully in-character, nobody earns three medals of honor for bravery and self sacrifice beyond the call of duty and works for years in hostage rescue to just let those hostages die right in front of him. Anyone who thinks that has seriously not been paying attention and has been tricked by story framing.
A lot of fans get caught up in their emotions and stop thinking , it IS Marvel and their demographic after all 😂

I only have two problems with this finale.
1. Yes the flag smashers are terrorists, Karli blew up a building with inocent people and stated that she would do it again.
2. They should have changed the title at the end to say Captain America and the White Wolf. Bucky had an entire arc about not being the Winter Soldier anymore and making amends, the White Wolf name was dropped at least four times throughout the show and it feels like they are downplaying his character development by still calling him the Winter Soldier.
Sam didn't say they were not terrorist, he says the GRC shouldn't call them terrorists cause they both did the same thing to people,using force to pressure helpless people.
I actually don't like, "White Wolf," as a moniker. It's really no different than saying "Black Falcon."

This show should set an example for future MCU shows. It was dark and gritty and didn’t allow comedy overshadow it’s intense moments. I think this is the closest thing the MCU has gotten to a dark show like the daredevil series. Close but not there yet.

imma be honest the older i get, the more i am able to understand the villian's perspective, probably the reason why my earlier favourite movies are no longer favourite are purely because now i see the antagonist's point of view and kinda make it seem like he was hated for no reason

Bucky also fulfilled his arc, especially when he told the old guy, he talked about the winter soldier as a seperate person. Bucky is now the White Wolf and I think the name should’ve changed to Captain America and the White Wolf.
What arc? If anything, their ignoring Barnes there should have made it clear to everyone that he was completely irrelevant to the plot of the show.
He was only there as a tool for Wilson's plot, and probably to get more people to watch.
