Botswana faces petrol shortage

Motorists in Botswana are struggling to find 93 unleaded petrol. The country has blamed this on South Africa's Natref refinery, which is currently restoring operations following planned maintenance this year.
The state-owned Botswana Oil Limited is the only entity allowed to source fuel on behalf of all of the country's fuel retailers.
Botswana Oil Limited recently issued a tender to assist with its massive fuel procurement.
