It depends, for example if someone was in your house and you didnt know if you hear something for example a out of ordinary creak you would think nothing of it but subconsciously you would know and that could manifest your nightmare which would be like your nightmare coming true when you wake up, in a sense

For anyone wondering, this is Derren Brown - famous illusionist and psychological performer. He makes experiments on the general public or anyone willing to devote themselves to his performances. Ok watching this after listening to the sounds of nightmares makes me realize they were trying to tell us what is happening in the story little nightmares. we still have 4 more episodes left so there is still some lore to be told, especially with the ferryman, but I'm liking where it is going.

I understand people want a third game(or fourth) but you cant stress the creators and expect the next part comes out in a few months or a year . *If* they do a fourth game it would take at least 4-3 years for them to make. But A DLC got announced so maybe a bit more content will be released in the next few months

Hunter's house have picture Nome and so many doll; but not doll children. So, he made doll children for who? The Pretender and The Lady.
The doctor has skin face of the Guests in hospital, he catched children and switch them with The Lady to take The Guests. In comic LN2, the children were locked up for a long time for what? Hunter catched six too.
the Maw have picture of The teacher, she catched children and takes part of thier soul, then put into porcelain doll. Those children will be locked up in a prison of the Maw (LN1). They are always hungry as like as The Guests and will become them. The doctor did the same too (mannequin). The children locked in crib of the Maw will be turned into Nome, or will be 2 fat twins eaten clumsy.
Comic LN2, Ep6, that kindergarten; those children were not wearing hoods. That was probably the beginning of LN2 and the beginning of a loop of mono when it was about to interact with Six. How many kids are there but that shadow just chases mono like wanting him to go to a certain place. It was doctor strange, no it was ferry man (giant meat). And all that happened in LN2 was all about giant meat calculations trying to kill the Lady. It is not known how many loops took place, but this loop was the success of the meat giant, including the stories in the comic LN1.
six is not evil, if she does not let go of mono then there will be loop after loop until she let go of mono. Nothing is coincidental, so remember the tower is a giant meat. it deliberately created such case, six do not let go, six died, mono is still captured, override, continue to wait for the new loop. Too easy!
thin man was curbed like six with a music box. thin man not locked up, comic LN2, thin man catch blindfolded the baby and took him where? Remember LN1, the janitor, why the children the ferry man caught had hiding places in the maw? the Janitor is a spy of giant meat.
And finally, Why did thin man not appear early? because if thin man and mono were both killed by hunter, the doctor or the teacher then there wouldn't be any more loops. All three of the Lady's subordinates are not affected by brain waves. Hunter was ready to shoot mono immediately, and thin man appeared with the same result.
This game actually has a very dreamlike feel to it, they did a great job of simulating that feeling

So Little Nightmares I and II are basically a world where nightmares from out greatest fears and anxiety come to life and are constantly haunting us. Lovely.

This is one heck of a "trailer", like it doesn't really show too much of the game, but, he really pulls you in and gets you thinking, especially when he actually used facts, aswell as things that most people encounter on an everyday basis. A job well done, I am definitely getting this game 💯.

This made me realise that the main child of each game find themselves being chased, Six is chased by the Leeches, Shoe monster, The Janitor, The Chefs and The Guests. Mono (and alongside Six) are chased from The Hunter, The Teacher, The Docter, The Veiwers and The Thin Man. The runaway child is chased by The Granny, The Janitor and The Shadow Children. It's only until they either decide to face against the evil, in this case it is Six against The Lady and Mono against The Thin Man, that they gain power. If they stopped the chase and didn't fight back they would of fallen victim to the cruel world, such as The Runaway Kid. Might be something big or just a small detail that I realised, but considering Little Nightmares, you can't be too sure.

Derren Brown was the perfect choice for this. He has such a soothing, calm voice...with a hint of menace jusssssst under the surface. Just enough to signal that something is off. And of course that’s what makes a dream scary...can’t wait for this!

They should do a mini series where normal people suffering nightmares end up in the world of little nightmares being the only normals in that dark and dark world
Even in seeing how it affects them to wake up from that nightmare but every time they go back to sleep they go back into that nightmare, I base on the indie video game DarQ (so with the letter Q)

I don't think any trailer can ever top this. This was both a spectacle and a brilliant eye opener to theory potential. Even a lesson at points. the merging of CGI with live action, while obvious, was still seamless. The details in the background were beautiful, the way it shows us exactly what this game is without a single spoiler! Its stunning and informative. I love it!

His voice really sells it for me. His calm and informing voice paired with the shifting nightmarish background gives off a sort of subconscious dread... like Jigsaw in some ways. I love it 🙂

I have a theory: Little Nightmares is Six in a coma, and her experiencing a neverending nightmare, and that during the events of the second, plays on the idea that some dreams are linked together, like how 2 people may see each other during the same dream, and may remember the dream that each was apart of. As it might have been an external force linking the minds of Six and Mono, to create a separate transdimensional world where the events of the game take place. At least that's what I think, what do you guys think?

the thing we can learn from this story is that being an adult is not easy, Mono becomes a hard worker because life in the city is very hard and being lonely cannot socialize with other people because he is busy (he is alone) and Six becomes a geisha ... lmao😂

Even if it's only a trailer, this is actually one of my favourite videos and is a big inspiration for some things I want to create. The dark/chilling tone, atmosphere and editing combined with the amazing storytelling of the legend that is Derren Brown creates an absolutely stunning experience that I can't believe is just a trailer for a video game (A very good video game I'd like to add).

Derren brown is one of the best psychological minds he will get in your mind his voice is calm but chilling he makes you feel at ease but also can unnerve you at the same time his work is amazing and his presence in this trailer gives the game that extra mysterious creepy edge

The animators, Artists, programmers and story developers are all extreamly talented
Edit: the musician has also done a phenomenal job composing both an eairy and beautiful soundtrack. Much like the visuals for the game
I've been binging on the videos for this game. I think it's packed full of thoughtful details and the story line done extremely well.
I like how this trailer is executed perfectly, but it also foreshadows the loop in little nightmares.
