How high is a dangerous dose of vitamin D? 1000? 2000? 6000? Same question concerning magnesium. Thank you.

I am not a doctor but i might have a kind of LQTS or at least I have a higher LQT "rate". I have had a level on llf 17 nmol/l. Under 20 is really low. I take 2000 IE a day for about 1,5 years now. my level has risen to 32 now. I should keep taking it. So for me the dose is good. Long story short it depends on your level in your blood. You should get a check and don't take it starting by yourself without knowing about your status...
