its right on lake Barkly, but because its on lbl land the only thing to do with it is to sit and rot. i doubt the state has any thoughts about bringing it back.

That’s super cool that you got to see it in action wish I could have been there. It’s sad that there are so many cool places in LBL ruined by tourist.
They used to have a rabbit hutch, chickens, goats, turkeys, all types of livestock. They had a beehive and made honey
I remember visiting when I was little. I wish they would reopen.

Ok this was actually a place to visit. They made beeswax candles. It was just like the home place but a depression era farm. It’s not haunted.
