I really enjoyed painting on the cover. I forget how much I love seeing the colors blend together in unexpected ways.

It was crunch time (get it, celery-crunch🤪) I didn’t know what I was going to do for “nature” and the stuffing inspired me.

Oh Sandy, you are just so clever! I LOVE the celery leaf prints! Well done. I used that kit recently and I loved it too. Very pretty.
Be sure to keep the leaves crisp. As they warmed up they curled in and were a bit fiddlie.

Big Momma, you have created another beautiful journal. My favorites are the coloration of the lace on cover and the celery leaves. Who would've thought celery leaves were good for anything but soup, lol? You did and it was amazing! Hugs 🧡💛
And if I had used food coloring I could have used the leaves in soup after I was done.😂
So many cool ideas. I love the way you made the flip-up flip-down envelope tuck into itself. I like the idea of the knots being on the other side of the spine.
Andrea it’s getting so hard to come up with new ideas “to me”. There are so many different ways to do things. I’m sure every one of those ideas are already out there. But it was fun thinking for myself on that envelope

I used my art glitter glue and ran a thin bead on the bottom. It worked out great.
I look forward to seeing how you do yours. I always love seeing your videos.

Yes I have. They are wonderful to add. I think my favorite element on this was the hidden paperclip in the double pocket. The paper was waxed giving it a beautiful texture.
