Nice work, it will help next time if you use a V-Block to hold your work horizontally in the vice when you are drilling or milling I also suggest that you wear rubber gloves when you use are handling the bluing chemical it is most likely toxic to humans; you are very talented, thankyou.
thank you for reminding me
Well done my friend, good job.
Great concept. Working with "minimum tools" is a challenge!
On your next project where you are doing a 3 sided cut, consider using a Hexagon bar, drilled to your shank diameter, then supergluing or LockTite the shaft into that hole. Doing that, you can RETURN to your angle multiple times yet only do your calibrations ONCE!

Nice idea👍. Thanks for sharing sir
Nice. Using home made tools is always very satisfying.
yeah that's how i feel
nice video could u please add tittles on screen to some of the processes and chemicals you used in future vids like this
this process is usually called cold bluing. we here usually call the liquid with the name bronir. maybe you can find it in an online shop with the name birchwood super blue

With those tolerances you're closer to a fly cutter, lol.
I thought so😅. maybe next time I'll try to make it with a different method
@@KereaktifEngineering Hey, that's how you learn:)
