  • This Salsa is one of my absolute favorites. Its simple to make and goes with almost everything you
would use salsa for. Feel free to add as much spice as you like or no spice at all. Take this recipe and make it your own.
    Thanks for Watching.

The skins can be dehydrated and ground t make a powder. You can add it to soups or stews or whatever type of dish. You can also use them o make tomato paste. Just an FYI

26:40 -- my grandmother was like that, too: no television, no radio -- everything with a current off, including covering all the mirrors. We had to lie on the floor, but a book or a coloring book with crayons was allowed. Cannot blame her -- a couple of relatives have been struck by lightning. Usually, it was nap time because, for me, the sound of a rainstorm always puts me to sleep.

That looks so good. You can take the peels dehydrate them and make a tomato powder to use as extra flavoring as well as help thicken things. I just recently found that out.

Yaaaaay. My long lost Auntie (in my head) is back and canning. Auntie H, I've ordered my canning started kit, mason jars and a few (small) buckets for rice, beans etc. Girl, I found you and I'm going crazy. I'm a prepper so this is soooo good to me. I'm making and growing MY own food now. BTW I have a water bath my mom gave me 💓
Lastly, I have a patio garden in my apt. You and uncle Lead (in my head)got me doing the darn thing.
Now these squirrels gotta go. They stay climbing...lol

Oh my gosh you mentioned squirrels and they are making so much noise outside! My grand daughters gathered the nuts from my drive way and I planned on using them for cookies. I do believe those critters have stolen all of them from the picnic table. When I open the door they scatter! I bet there's a dozen of them hangin out at gramma's house now!

Oh Mrs. HH when you shared your story of Big Mama, it brought back memories of my grandmother. She too would have us all sit still during a thunder and lightning storm; no T.V., no radio, nothing. All the lights would be turned off and we all had to sit in the dark and be quiet. She would say the exact same thing your grandmother would say. Once the storm passed, we all would go back to normal lol. The salsa looks delicious. I love salsa but never had mango salsa.
