Thanks for your reaction! I love them too. While Gaddaar and Dana dan are seriously great song, my personal favourite is "Aaj". As for your question for an interview. TankTheTech had the guitarist that also does the producing in his Podcast.
You missed them they did two US tours recently and are now back in India working on a new record. So it will be another year or two before they come back.
Hopefully only two years! I saw them back in May in Chicago, and I cannot wait to see them again. They brought incredible energy to the stage.
We saw them in Reno in May.. they are so badass live! So much energy! Definitely one of the highlights of the year 😁🤘
Brilliant stuff. Bloodywood are great guys, and the most energetic live show I ever witnessed
very few shows have the energy of a Bloodywood show.
Just watched 2 of your reactions, to Otyken annd now Bloodywood. I just discovered these 2 bands a few days ago, and I am SO hooked on both of them. Love your reactions to both of them. 🤘🤘
This song was the first I heard from them. More than a little Rage Against The Machine influence. I do I think some of their other videos have some talking at the end, about the causes they're helping out with, like mental health or dog shelters. I think they've had at least 2 US tours already, though I didn't go.
Saw them last September in Boston, MA. Lots of energy.
There's an hour and a half long documentary on the Bloodywood channel called Raj Against the Machine that's worth watching to learn more about them
This band is unreal. From the moment I heard them, I can't get enough. They've been to the states on tour a couple times now. I got to see them in Chicago. It was amazing! Can't wait to see them come through again. They're currently working on their second album, so I'm sure they'll be back once that comes out. As recommended below, check out "Aaj" next. To me, it encompasses all the directions their sound goes into one song. It's so good.
They were brilliant at Download this summer, first on on the Sunday & the crowd really got into them!!
They are very talented, awesome performance. 🖖❤
They have a documentary of their first tour on their CZcams channel where they talk about how they started and some of their influences.
This. It’s from the Raj Against the Machine tour - they have the best tour names - we’re hoping to get one from the Nine Inch Naans tour, as they’re back in the studio, and I think part of the first documentary was “doing something productive with our down time when we take a break”
We lost rage against the machine but gained bloodywood 👌
A big thanQ from a Bloddywoodiyan... welcome to the world of Indian Folk Metal.
Kindly take time to check out these soulful people. who not only sing but walk their talk.
Highly recommend to listen to JEE VEERAY
Hello Empress Anastasia Luna 1st. I came here for your "The Warning" reaction, loved your Ava Maria and your livestream last night was fantastic! I am now starting my epic quest to view all 512 of your videos. DPA ⚡🤘🔥, ❤ Pepe
awwww thank you ❤
You have heard this before but, long time ago, yes Bloodywood is so amazing!!!!!!!!
If you want to know more about them just watch "raj against the machine" ❤ oh, there's also a pretty solid documentary by vice asia
Having watched you reviewing The Warning before, I kind of got curious & checked out this reaction, despite metal not being my genre. I am mainly into blues & rock and a bit of jazz.
From your spontaneous glee, I can say that the show & performance in a song are of paramount importance to you. The energy is all that matters. So that makes me wonder about your reactions to the subtle intellectualism of The Warning whose substance is as important as their show.
Everyone interprets music differently. To some the show matters with instruments going at 100 kmph along with hoarse screaming while jumping up and down. In today's music scene Dylan wouldn't have made it big. Neither the Beatles. The reason why a generational band like The Warning are yet to make their mark despite delivering insightful social messages through profound metaphorical poetry for a decade.
Interesting to see that despite Bloodywood not uttering any swear words in Hindi, they dropped the f-bomb in English captions to appeal to their international audience. In India public swearing is an offense. They also judiciously integrated the beats of Bhangra into heavy metal riffs. Bhangra is an energetic folk dance from the northern Indian state of Punjab. So that is the folk aspect in Gaddar (Hindi for traitor).
As an Indian I wish Bloodywood all the success.
😊👍👍
If you’re referring to the riff I think you are, it’s basically a variation on THE Indian riff. It’s in everything from or referencing there, so there’s a very high chance you’ve heard it.
Please react to their other song called 'yaad'..it shows the complete vocal range from Jayant, the vocalist...and you might want a box of tissues next to you
I want to see your reaction to Dana Dan. My favorite.
Hey Luna plz react to der song 'Dana Dan'.. its a really serious issue.. u'll luv it..
Blodywood...like i told them,it will be great
