    You don't need supplements for minerals. 100 grams (3.5 OZ) of molasses provide 1464 mg (31%). You can also have potassium in Hempseed, flaxseed, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds etc... Get those seeds into your diet. Those seeds are very MINERALIZED.

      GREAT having you here, Pam! Welcome. In my practice, I use Douglas Labs Potassium Chelate. I can only give dosing instructions to my private patients. Each person is so different and so many things have to be analyzed. Again, it is great having you here! lindy

      I would assume so since it’s regulating the fluid balance. I just can’t get enough of it but when I do my swelling goes away temporarily.
