I tried raw a1 milk but I had same bloating issues...now for one last time next month I will try a2 milk and see and hope it works for me! because I love warm chocolate milk few times in morning with cookies!! but for now I do great on kefir and hard cheese a1 and I know for the fact in south asia many wrestlers drink 2 gallons of a2 raw fresh milk everyday for 10+ years and they get huge!!!

Actually Quercitin does work overnight for me. I notice a significant reduction in less than 30 minutes when I use it for my eczema flare ups. My itchy, red hot, inflamed skin starts to calm fast. I’ve never got those results with any name brand allergy medication, no matter how much I increased the dosage.

Can quercetin help lung scarring.
Scarring is mostly permanent. You can reduce some of it with silica supplements. Another supplement to try is Nattokinase. It thins blood and is a fibrinolytic. It chews up excess fibrin. I have lipodermal sclerosis on legs . Started 4 weeks ago Nattokinase. I had hard lumps in the calf and they are now gone. I bought Doctors Best 2000fu. I take half a capsule before bed. It's definitely better. If you are in blood thinners or daily aspirin don't take it. Good Luck👍

I actually take ALA & it's a phenomenal supplement! I had knee pain from a fall and couldn't bend do a squat. After taking ALA, not only can I squat again, but I also have full range of motion in my right rotator cup again! Plus it lowered my blood pressure and relieved my pain due to inflammation! I love it! I took one 200mg capsule 3 times a day with each meal. I don't take it as much now because it alleviated my pains and problems. I now take 1 capsule about 4 times per week as maintenance or when I've overindulge in certain foods.

Which cow breed in a2 milk
Jersey, Guernsey, and Brown Swiss have a higher likelihood of producing A2 milk, but the only way to 100% know the type of proteins in the milk is via a genetic test. If the labeling says A2, it is A2 milk. Thanks for being here! Lindy

Excellent video on CRP. Three comments for you to consider. 1. Best Vit c sources are Bell Peppers with Yellow being highest. 2. Best nutrient dense food is beef. 3. Most important electrolyte is Potassium where Magnesium is second. FYI

@@jaym9846 I do not know that answer. I use CRP labs to monitor my inflammation twice a year. It is normally around 0.6. If you look up CRP labs on Google, you will find any number less than one as excellent. What is yours?
@@jaym9846 I'd just like to share experience. Over 6 weeks in January-°February 2023, I ate exclusively meat and eggs (predominantly beef). My inflammation markers decreased. My iron and thyroid levels were in range for the first time in over a decade. For once, everything from my blood test was trending the right way. Animal products are the great way to "reset" because there's nothing to react negatively to. Next step is to sort the gut microbiome out. That's where the problems are. Then reintroduce vegetables one by one (keto) to see what may be causing problems. Sorting the gut out first enables us to break down and take what we need from vegetables with less ill-effect. So they help out gut instead of hurt it. And finally, low carb. Doesn't have to be as extreme as keto but keto is good to do intermittently once healed. This is what I believe, rather than live in one extreme or another.

I just found out that my c-reactive protein number is high. I did the blood work Friday afternoon after seeing my PCP. The test result showed up in MyChart but now I guess I have to wait until Monday to talk to the doctor about it. Just me and the internet in the meantime.
I'm so sorry about this, but take it seriously. I work with patients all the time with high CRP and if they don the right things, it always normalizes. My best to you!
