This interview shows a class. And here IAF CHIEF is speaking more freely than other channel interview.

This interview is one of the reasons i am a huge admirer of DD News.. this is what is called an interview. Not that shit by Rahul Kanwal at India Today conclave. When you are interviewing a general or equivalent of the armed forces, the interview must be formal keeping the stature of the person in mind whom you are interviewing.

Indian air force should focus on 3 things now, speedy induction of Tejas, Upgradation of Su-30s and looking for a fifth generation fighter cuz countries are already working on fifth or sixth generation fighters already

its not just about weapons bro in a war lots of things matters America with all the latest technology, stealth fighters still begging Pakistan to help them talk with taliban and make a peace deal, even with such high technology they failed to win against taliban
I was disappointed by the IAF for not responding suficiently when PAF planes came in. Instead, we shot down our own helicopter, lost a plane and the pilot was captured. I think the operational discordance is delt with well. Problems must be addressed and IAF must be Swift and lethal.
