Loved the Magnus Sheffield interview. All the time I was wondering, Why is he putting on this "German / Scandinavian rider who learned English in the UK" act? "Proper" this and that. Give me a break. Then J.B.'s question at the end and the hilarious answer that had even my non-cycling fan wife laughing. Clearly he's a nice young man with a sense of humor as well as a great cyclist. Please have him on the show again soon.
None of the UAE teammates from Pogacar this Giro will ride the Tour, thus they don't have to hold back. But Pogi will if he does want to have any chance later in the Tour. And let's just wait and see what the weather will do these upcoming three weeks in Italy.
In the US, MAX (formerly HBO MAX) streaming will carry the Giro.

I second the greedy point. Simon Yates comes to mind as a reference. The year Froome won the Giro, Simon Yates went balistic and won like four stages back to back and faded on the last day on the queen stage while wearing the Maglia Rosa. Same for Roglic when he lost to Pogo at the tour. Fast and steady wins the race, not 7 stages wins. Speak softly and carry a big engine.

I hope they actually try what Sheffield suggested and not just ride to protect podium placement. Attack from the gun and get people forward, make it all as hard as possible and hope Pog cracks some time in the high mountains and G can capitalize. A very long shot, I think more likely they will do what they always do.
They didn't ask Magnus if he says Hamburgers or Steamed Hams.

I think this is what we always said and asked. Pogacar is beatable. How? I remember when Froome/Sky was on the top of the heights, we were asking the same thing. Froome/Sky was beatable. Still, Froome/Sky ended up raining 10years domination by winning the Tour, Vuelta, Giro. It's just show that Froome/sky wasn't beatable by "leg of their rivals who weren't in the same league as him" (except Vuelta - lost from Contador), but by crashed-out. Pogacar's league is Jonas. Roglic maybe and Remco isn't yet proofen against Pogacar/Jonas. To beat Pogacar, you have to have riders in the same league as Pogacar.
