Very nice ! We left the city years ago.I will say we have no regrets.Things to think about, how long will it take you to get to work ? Will your cellphone work ? Does it even matter. Utilities to your home I'm sure no nature gas lines, water or sewer. How long does it take to get gas, hardware and other supplies or services .One other thing I don't mind it but I feel my age because it's a lot of hard physical work to keep it this nice. I'm always working the land on my days off.I bought a tractor, animals, built a barn a workshop to fix the and store the equipment needed to work the land. I've never been so busy ! You need to love the work or there will only be a photo of peace something like the feeling in this video. If you love hard work you will be at peace . If your unable or unwilling to work hard you better be very wealth or your cabin will also be for sale. God bless

I recommend that you do not ever get into horror movies or crime shows because although this place is absolutely beautiful during the day there’s no way I’d be able to sleep at night in a place so secluded so quiet. The terror would grip me.

I could run on some possible trails in the woods🏃, and cook freely 🍞🥘🍤🍲🥗🥙🥞🍳🥖 without having my food stolen, and my belongings damaged/destroyed ! In addition, the home would be easier to maintain, and the taxes would be lower than a mansion.
This is an hour or so from my house and I promise you it is paradise. The only thing you hear in those hills is the creek running or a deer stirring in the leaves. Heaven on earth
Bruh my condo in cali was 360,000 with a nice golf course but the hoa was 300 a month. Rip off I made 7k on it and left lol. All this for about 100k or so less? Heck ya.

My first thought with all that rock along the creek and all the rock along the landscape on two levels before the house IS the creek swelling during a heavy rain or storm and that creek turning into a RIVER and the rock helping in keeping the landscape in place with the increase of water flow .... something tells me the reason for all the rock. Other then that it’s a beautiful home and I would love living there and enjoying the secluded area and a great porch for those lazy days in NC 🇺🇸
