Good evening Tanmay bro and Aunty - Wow Chatpate Masala Aloo . Ok the potatoes need not be overcooked. Resting of the potatoes is important. Unlike the Jeera Aloo recipe , the size of Aloo should be good . I am yet to receive a reply on why does one need to burn the Mustard Oil and cool it . Wow loved the way you incorporate the various Masalas. Looks simple but is complicated . For Aunty it’s Child’s play . The way the tomatoes and water were infused along with the Masalas is par excellence. Aamchur powder is a master move . No wonder the recipe is Chatpata and Uncle loves it . Need to try this recipe . Preparation 💯, Presentation 💯 and tasting 100 💯. Aunty is simply too good 👍 My favourite Aloo which we are going to make tomorrow is Baby potatoes spicy roast with home made Masala .
