    1/2 cup rocksalt
    4 tbsp brown sugar
    1tbcp cloves
    2cups brown sugar
    1 liter pineapple juice

    I think it's best if you first mix all of the powdered ingredients before applying onto the meat.

    curing salt po ay delikado sa kalusugan,mas maganda kung pangsarili lang naman wag ng gumamit ng pink salt na yan

      Actually ang curing salt tlaga ang ginagamit para sa ham. Kung gusto mo naman iluto at kainin agad di na po dadaan sa curing ng 7 days.
