Love this. My 2ggf was born on Oak Street. A 3 x great uncle (Robert Locke Jaggard) had a baker's shop in the town as well. 'He had the finest Baker's shop in
Fakenham and it still stands on the corner of the main shopping centre.' (From a family memoir.) I wonder where it was?

At 1:29 I see a sign "Hair Cutting Shaving" Saloon. Can someone tell me what the additional word is please? Is the location The Market? In approximately what year would the photograph been taken?
Hi George, thanks for your interest. The sign above the shop in Oak Street, Fakenham reads 'Hair Cutting, Shaving, Shampooing, Saloon'. the photo is from 1913.
