- Camino de Santiago | Day 2 of walking Camino Portuguese Coastal Path and we leave the town of Labruge and head towards Aguçadoura, 21.1km away. Overall, the majority of the day was walking by the coast, on boardwalks, or passing through towns. We also experienced our first blisters of the walk - ouch!

Awesome - DAY 2!! YAY!! 👏👏👏
Woop woop! ❤️🙏🏼😊
i can see my street in this video so cool
Haha 😂 awesome!!
A really nice board walk and I guess it is wheelchair friendly too !
Yes! For most of it. Some stairs along the way but I’m sure you could find a way around it 😉
Love that different people have documented these different Walks - I did not know, until very recently that there are several "Caminos" from which to choose from.
The one that you have chosen seems to be a wise choice for those who have never done any of these Walks, esp. the Northern route, starting in France, just east of the Pyrenees. That walk - at least the whole walk ( I note that some Walkers skip certain sections of a Walk/ Camino) - seems quite arduous, in a few ways.
LOVE that you are hanging your socks on your backpack - I hopefully, assume correctly (?) so as to be able dry your socks?! A creative idea 🧠💪💗
Thank you for documenting your walks!!
Hi Meredith 👋🏼 thanks for your comment. Yes that’s to dry the socks 🤪 we would recommend the Camino Frances actually for first timers. I think it’s much more social and exciting than the Portuguese Camino. But if you are seeking solitude and introspection this one is ideal!
@@cjexplores Interesting observation! Best Wishes in Your Travels! 💗
@@meredithheath5272 thank you ❤️

@@luckyhrm1903 aww 🥰 appreciate it man 🙏🏼❤️
I am enjoying your channel. Is there going to be a lot of single track rugged hiking on this camino? I noticed that your footwear is quite heavy and wonder if a pair of running shoes wouldn’t be better. IMO as a marathon runner shoes should fit well and feel great coming out of the box and don’t need to be “broken in”.
There’s not a lot of single track rugged hiking, if any 🤔 I reckon running shoes would be perfectly suitable 😉
Is it much more expensive now in Spain than Portugal?
We didn’t notice too much of a difference!
I've got 9 days for that...wonder if I manage 😳
Oh wow! Good luck!!
thanks, but.... hope there are some buses between cities if I wanna skip a day or two ;p
I guess I have to do the last 100 km to get a certificate.
did you guys spotted any guest houses on the way or there are only albergues?@@cjexplores
