Nice video. I used to rent the 2 poly tunnels up from the museum for my plant nursery business from the Tebbuts at Sunny Vale Farm. I understand there was a pub near Foxhall Cottages that was demolished during the war to make it safe for low flying aircraft to take off and land from the airfield.
When we lived in Harrington, 1958 - 1964, we often took a walk around the base, once I got a bit older, and stupider, I climbed to the top of the water tower there. It was extremely wobbly!
