- Hay whats up guys, today in this video i am going to review the Logitech's MK240 wireless keyboard and mouse combo- a Budget wireless keyboard and mouse combo. At around less than Rs. 1500
It is ideal for all those users who want to get a wireless solution to the on board keyboard and mouse/track pad and also have the flexibility to use it from a distance
THE MOUSE-
The mouse has got a pretty ergonomic design with florescent colour accent running all over the bottom part and runs on 2 AAA batteries and claims a battery of 12 M without replacing. Their are no claims about the DPI count anywhere, but it has to be decent since the mouse performs pretty well and is very accurate.
THE KEYBOARD-
The Keyboard on the other hand is a chicklet style keyboard with a very impressive key travel and since its a NANO type Keyboard you don't get a dedicated Numberpad, the keyboard is also very sensitive which means that you might encounter lots of typos if you are not very familiar to using a NANO style keyboard, more over the downside of this specific keyboard is that the arrow keys are very 'odd' i mean , they are very poorly sized which also brings into notice that it is not for gamers.
THE WIRELESS FUNCTIONALITY
So talking about the wireless functionality, the combo comes with a wireless receiver that hooks up to your PC or any smart phone (via OTG) and is not a Bluetooth keyboard, another thing to keep in mind is that this variant of keyboard and mouse are compatible only with windows PC's and compatibility to any sort of MAC is not committed.

Good review... Apart from missing numeric keypad, is the main keypad reasonably sized or is it too small for long duration typing? Also are there any other keys missing? Like the printscreen etc?

@@therealdude5771 Its actually not bad. There is no on-off switch on the keyboard, nor is there a backlight. But other than that its good if you are looking for a cheap wireless keyboard mouse combo.

just consider using the keyboard on a small notebook like dell's inspiron mini its pretty much same and also with time you would definitely get better with your typing speed. It did take me time but now i am pretty decent while typing on the keyboard

I am actually comparing my Logitech k120 with this. I am hoping the keys are not that hard to press nor the tactile feedback as I get in my k120. I am a blogger and my every post goes up at 3k so it's definitely an important factor for me to check everything before I purchase this.
Then i would suggest you should go for a mechanical keyboard and not this mlone as the keys are not so eargonomic, compare to the latter.

yeah it is decent enough not just mind blowing but yeah it is pretty responsive as i too do some casual gaming and also use it as my primary mouse for video editing which requires precision, for that too it preforms decently well.

....In terms of performance as well as typing experience? Basically, it doesn’t seem to replicate the standard PC keyboard design and looks more like a keyboard on a laptop and wanted to be sure before buying...
see the overall footprint of the keyboard is definitely smaller and yeah it doesn't have conventional design as compared to a standard keyboard, however once you will start to use it typing on this is a pleasant experience, compared to many other keyboards.
