@@user-kb8fk2lx3p I am actually working on that. It is very windy here 20-30kts often... Snow and ice is the same it all depends on wind speed.
Damn! So cool. I'll be on Maui tomorrow. Might have to get me one of those. Say, you came super close to that turtle at 7 seconds. I'm guessing foilers have hit turtles now and then. What's the damage? Dead turtle? Bent foil? Both?
How big was the para foil in this video and how big should it be if the wind is only 10 knots?

Apparently tack is difficult after all. :)
I just got mine and no problems if enough wind. I just did the same water start than with a wing. Jibing is also simple. Wing picked up so I didn't try tacks.
