I need a solid recommendation on a commercial juicer and blender. We have a budget of $4,500. We plan on serving fresh juices and smoothies. We won't be selling cold pressed items. Our goal is for a unit that is easy to clean and has a fast output process for juicing/blending. Your recommendation would be greatly appreciated.

they Both work just fine, glass just makes your product feel more Top Shelf but it will raise your price

My JuiceBar open in a month! we spoke on the phone I am lost on what to get i like the X1 mini but is it worth the price for a start up ? i just want well built juicer that can cut labor in half that i can put whole apples for example in the feeder thanks !

Nothing. This is a mid sized and mid prized cold pressed. The only other options are much smaller and not really made for businesses, or much larger and wont fit in small spaces and are much more expensive.
Yes that’s exactly what I was thinking my mentors have a Juice Bar and they are using a Norwalk which is not made for a business and it breaks because it not used a lot of use. And like you said if you go higher they much bigger and expensive. But I have come across the Robot Coupe c120 it doesn’t seem bad for 6k, any ideas on that? But with this all said I really love the X1 mini. I am just waiting on the guy to respond to your email that you CC him on. And thanks again

Should I buy robot coupe j80 for my business?
Depends on the specifics of your operations. It is a tool. Just like a hammer is a tool or a screwdriver. So in that consideration, you only need a hammer if have nails to hammer and you only need a screwdriver if you have screws that need to be placed in something. It is the same thing in this situation. I do not know what your needs are so I can not tell you if you should buy that peice of equipment.
better question is to ask yourself wether you doing cold press or Centrifugal
