I was a Senior in high school when Jackass 2 came out. My buddy worked at the local movie theater at the time and they had a midnight release of this movie, one of the highlights of my senior year, watching Jackass 2 with the boys laughing our ass off. Good memories, class of 07!
Imagine telling these people that in 18 or so years that Brandon Novak is going to be a motivational speaker and an owner of sober living homes, Steve O is going to going to become normal, and Bam will be non existent.
bam has real talent, he was a true skater, had charisma, he was not a clown like stevo was, you can tell stevo and bam have always been rivals, bam always trying to nudge stevos authenticity while stevo is trying to cheap shot him for not being as famous as him, bam bounced back years later with his own show which was a big hit, unfortunately bam had drugs take a hold of him and hasnt really been the same since.
Bam has always been more famous than steveo. Bam had the cky videos before anything even started he made lots of money he was rich before jackass. The whole concept for jackass came from those videos when they saw those videos so bam started the whole shit
Jackass is such a study of how dangerous fame is. Especially Bam. He went from being a semi normal dude to now being completely out of his mind. Like a Charlie Sheen. Drugs will totally put that path on overdrive as well. Line with Sheen. I think he was addicted to Adderall for years and thought it wasn’t that big of a deal (even though it’s literally speed) but then graduated to meth. Those drugs are so horrible. Cause massive headaches. Make you hallucinate from not sleeping. I messed with them too much. I messed with every drug too much actually. And I can say those speed drugs are terrible.
You should look into him NOW. He's sober, retained partial custody of his son, he's Skate boarding again, he's a Multimillionaire again, and his new Woman isn't a gold digger. Bam cleared over 5 Million in a settlement from the last Jackass Movie. They used some of his original ideas and he was compensated fairly for those ideas. Plus, his merchandise still does a Million a year. Bam went through several rough patches in his life, but that doesn't mean you WRITE HIM OFF as a "bum" forever. He's doing better now than he has in years, and he continues to take strides in being a good Father and a relevant artist.
What edits? I got the 4 episodes from a MEGA upload folder and added the captions in Premiere with the auto-caption thing. If you uploaded the old stern eps to MEGA then thank you but I had no way of knowing
