BoatOn Book: How to send a work order & ask for a cost estimate to a supplier?

In this video you will learn how to send a work order and ask for a cost estimate to a supplier or anyone.
1) Click on a task
2) Go to "Details" and select the supplier in "Responsible for the task". To note: if the user is not in the list, you can create it clicking on "add a user"
3) The supplier will receive an e-mail telling him what he should do. He can then ask questions in the acivity feed, upload his cost estimate and create a report in 1-click when the work has been done
