- Hello Farm Family & thank you all for joining us for another upload. This video has been a long time coming & unfortunately, this time is upon us. Our son Pharaoh was born with a congenital heart defect (CHD), a "Partial AV Canal" to be exact.
Although we have made one video around this in the past, we have not truly spoken about this often. With his upcoming 3D Echo & then the open heart surgery we wanted to share an update on where we are in this process & our plans moving forward.

To encourage you, I have a friend whose son was born with a heart defect. He is now a junior at Clemson University and doing well. They put him in God’s hands and continue to believe that God has a special plan for his life.

I just want to encourage you. My grandson had to have three open heart surgeries. One at five days old, four months and 18 months. We felt the same way that you are feeling. They told us that he would be slow in school and might not grow much. With God on our side, he was never slow in school and stands 5 feet 11 inches. He's first year college and doing great. Baby pharaoh is in my prayers and I mean that literally. I will call his name out to God as he goes through this surgery. Stay strong

Prayers for Pharaoh and the Brown family. I can relate because my husband just went through open heart surgery 6 weeks ago. I was really nervous, but knew God was in control. He is doing fine. He celebrated his 59 birthday while in the hospital. God's got this!! ❤

I have raised two medically fragile children and they were failure to thrive, they are now 19 years old. I have a congenital heart condition and have survived for 77 years. I have 1 grandchild and 1 great grandchild also with heart conditions. They have had surgeries and are relatively healthy. Best to you all and believe me I sympathize with you all. I will keep Pharoh in my prayers.

My Granddaughter was born with a heart defect also. They later found out that the morning sickness pill her Mama took was in all likelihood the cause. She is now 10 she has had 4 value replacements. She had her first surgery at 3 months and just had her fourth one in January. She does everything. She is a champ at Karate and Girl Scouts. Excellent in school. My prayers are with you all and the baby. Doctors can and do miracles these days. Have faith.

I have a niece who spent 2 yrs in hospital with this same issue. They wanted to wait until she was 20lbs or 2 years. She was 18 lb at 2 yrs old. The difference from before and after her surgery was amazing. Daddy carried her up the slide the day before and she climbed the steps herself a week later. Crystal is 42 yrs old now and has 4 busy boys. Have faith. God’s got this. ❤️🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🇨🇦

My grandson born 09/04/2001 has a heart Defect. He had only half a heart when he was born. first surgery was at 2 days old. He has had 5 total surgeries sense. not counting speacal made stints. they only gave him 7 years. I am proud to say He will soon be 23. Yes He still takes tons of meds. and yearly testing. Yes we almost lost him 3 times but with gods blessing we still have him. I will keep Him in my prayers and no you can never be ready for any of what is to come.. Just have to god it to God. My love and prayers for all of you.

I’m so sorry that baby Pharaoh has this heart condition. I can’t imagine as a parent how tough it must be knowing that your baby has to undergo heart surgery. But I do know this, God will take care of him and the family. Just trust in Him and pray without ceasing. And now so many others lifting y’all in prayer. I lost my husband four years ago to brain cancer and without my faith I would have had a complete break down. We were married 40 years very happily. Love and big hugs!

Oh, I love that little man! I will be in constant prayer for him and all of y'all. I'm sorry, but I'm in tears (I'm a very emotional person) trying to write this. I can understand y'all having a hard time making this video and talking about this. I also can't imagine how I'd be telling the girls. You two are so wonderful and great with your children.
He is just so stinkin adorable! I can't stand it! The extra footage at the end of the video made me laugh! The look on his face like, What?! LOL! Funny how kids vomit, and it's all good after. Like nothing happened. Me, I vomit and ew! I feel icky! 😂 He is just so precious.

My son who is now 33 has had two open heart surgery’s we were at children’s hospital of Pgh our wonderful cardiologist at the time of birth was wonderful and is now in Florida I pray it’s him gonna got your angel things will be ok . My son only has one ventrical by the grace of god he is doing great and now is a father of two . Hang in there I totally get it 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

This type of heart surgery has come a long long way , my husband was born with congenital heart defect in 1960. He had his first open heart surgery at 18 months old, he had 4 more open heart surgery's n 2 heart surgery's, his last open heart surgery was 1983 the year we got married. Sadly he passed away 10 years ago not of heart frailer, it was a something else. Nothing stopped him from doing anything he wanted to do, we have 2 beautiful daughters, Just wanted to say my thoughts and my love are with you, sending some big hugs and love your way ❤❤🥰
