I joined this game and start with Chien-Pao Ex trial deck until now I still addicted to build many of Chien-Pao Ex deck.
Now don't go saying that clickbait title: "We've Been Playing Baxcalibur WRONG This Whole Time".

I've been ride or die on a 2-0-2 pidgeot and 4 rare candy build that Jared Grimes has gone over. It takes the speed of this and the heightened consistency + free retreat from pidgeot is unreal. Also, a small note is pidgeot gives you another out to path.

How does pidgeot give you an out to path? If path turns its ability off?

Isn't pidgeot a huge liability in races since it's a 2prizer bench sitter?
@chrisybarra108 Its attack has actually been able to help plenty with that. The few times I've used it, it has won me the game despite the loss in tempo.
@@E3YuGiOh Yes and no. In the times people have gone for pidgeot, I've already gotten 2+ cards off of it, developed any other aspects of my board, and am already ahead on tempo and damage due to chien hitting so hard every turn. I thought it would, but I haven't ran into that issue yet.

How does anyone play on this client? I downloaded today and cant finish a single game. Always a glitch that makes me concede or the game os just stuck
I find the cross switcher chien pao with greninja to be the most fun deck since rotation, alongside path miraidon (which struggles vs zard compared to chien pao)
lost vacuum also good to remove a pokestop placed last turn just to abuse 2 pokestop 1 turn could be game changing
Actually, it's the deck I fear the most. This counters quite easily Manaphy in my Gardevoir deck. And Chien Pao can one shot my Gardy EX.
This deck gave me nightmare with the cross switch, cologne, lost city combo 😰

I met a similar deck at my locals yesterday, with Arceus in it. I went from being confident against this matchup, to respect it a lot. Met it two times and lost both.

I just started playing pokemon again today the last time I played was long time ago in kindergarten when I was a kid now I am 30 lol also i just build a chien pao deck today it's a chien pao/ex greninja deck but I gotta say I love it. I never expected to be playing pokemon again but I am very glad I am planning the game again.
Played first time with Chien-Pao deck(with format with Lumineon V) at my local tournament, was only a mew player but I think this deck is more fun and faster. Do you think the meta is without the Palkias? Also with the new expansion coming is any new card that can make this deck stronger?
This deck is really cool. Got a hard time against it with my Gardevoir deck. I think it's the best Chien Pao deck and I tried it on TCG live (3 wins - 2 lost). I think Lumineon V is necessary. Not finding Irida causes my loss. I thinking to get this deck for local events and I regret making a Miraidon deck for my son😅 in place of this deck.

While it isnt the best deck, ive had more fun with Chien-Bax than any other deck since SVI blcok started
I've enjoyed playing this deck, only thing I prefer is I actually like the revavroom for the extra card and you almost always have energy or ways to get energy in play
Why is cross switcher so popular? You need 2 of them at the same time on your hand. They are away if your opponent play iono. Why no boss orders, for exlample two are the same as 4 cross switcher and you have 2 places left. Or is it since you can change your Pokémon as well at the same time?
irida tutors them, you draw a lot as well
Is it not worth it to add in a Bravery Charm or two?

Only way to turn an auto Lost to miraidon into a fair match up.
I think Blastoise ex is a better card then chien-pao. And blastoise ex gets better with the addition of the new "prof's letter" coming out in the paradox set.

The toughest part is missing out on that one hit ko potential. What do you like about palkia though?
Palkia is useless. You should focus on seting up consistendly instead.
@@julianbachmann5973palkia gives you board stability. If you don’t play it, your opponent can literally just boss your bax until you run out of rare candy
