That queen sack to avoid the draw was amazing.
and she’s fricking 13 years old lol!
the foresight to see how precisely her super active attacking pieces were actually guarding her king from a looming mate threat - incredible
Who are these people who don't want to watch your full videos. Your content is absolute class and we enjoy every analysis of your work. Chess is all about patience.
a few people commented that theyre distracting, but I say if youre that easily distracted then maybe chess isnt for you
@@cygnustspwhen/how did you become authority to decide who should take up chess. People asked for it and agad created the content. End of story
@@user-gv4xv3yh6k he gave his opinion just like other gave theirs about the distractions... and his opinion was way more well thought out before speaking.
Playing chess and viewing a review of a game is not the same. Anyone who thinks differently is just a n00b.
@user-gv4xv3yh6k ah so it was you complaining. My suggestion is get an attention span longer than 2 seconds
“Brilliant stuff by Miaoyi Lu . . . I am privileged to be able to show you this, and it’s also one of the reasons that I’m glad a channel like this exists.” We are glad, too. For your expertise and the spirit behind your work, mighty glad.
Wow! Insane how she delivers such a fierce attack while constantly being on the edge of being checkmated herself.
20+ minute, long form content is where this channel shines
What a sick game ❤
(The queen knight checkmate threats defended by attacking instead of defending was next level.)
Same issue Tal's opponents had with him. He throws all these sacs at you and leaves it up to YOU, the opponent, to figure out the solution. And the nice thing about being an attacking player is once you start you basically have no choice but to keep going with it as your hand is forced. Meanwhile, your opponent is left wondering if he should trade down and cut his losses or go for something himself, which is again, requiring more calculating on his part with the ever-present clock looming.
So to beat attacking player, you have to bring them into boring position,or non dynamic position
The Clock is the Game!
that's a concept played in many competitive games and it's true and tested! bring in the aggression, even in theoretically suboptimal moves, just attack and let your opponent figure out the puzzle. It's their clock ticking, not yours!
That’s the most incredible game I’ve seen in quite a while , thanks for sharing !
It looks like today is a good day for Chess women. Ju, Miaoyi, and Eline all won against much higher rated players.
Waiting vs Elaine crushing Hans and Ju Wenjun crushing Alireza recaps here.
Not the same level though. Ju wenjun's match was amazing, Alireza was thoroughly outplayed.
Miaoyi didn’t win today
Alireza choked as per usual…
@@ndnd7614 What about our darling Hans? Isn't he the next big thing in chess.
I love seeing all the crazy lines man!!! Thank you for all the great videos I look forward to them every day bro!
Bravo Miaoyi! I would love to see more of her games.
Fabulously done!
Such a good game. The recap at the end made it even better, just to breeze through all the moves after seeing them in depth. Please keep it up
Thank you for showing just the moves at the end. I watch all of the analysis (that I really enjoy) but I also like to see the flow of the game as played. For me that brings it all together.
never stop showing variations! they are just Perfect!!!! Thank you for a great content
Thanks for the review Antonio.
Nice variations included,thanks.
Miaoyi was the darling of the crowd in a recent chess tourney in Manila. However, Miaoyi was not able to win a single game. Anyway the organizer promised her and her Mom that she will be definitely invited again in the future bc Filipinos love her.
Thank you for showing her game on your channel Agadmator! We've been following her for quite some time now and like you we were also enthralled by her attacking prowess over the board and certainly always a joy watching her play. If I'm not mistaken she just also recently earned her first IM norm shortly after getting her WGM. Though I'm not sure if the norm was attained in this tournament in Madrid.
Wonderful attack! Thank you for showing this game.
Great lesson. I enjoy your explanations.
I think you missed the Mr Barnes/ Murphy head for her attack!
I generally do enjoy the longer videos with the speculations but sometimes I won't have time so thank you for the 1min overview
Not seen you lately . Glad I seen this. Thanks
#suggestion Ju vs Alirezza (even if the game is still going on)
Another #suggestion Gukes vs Ian, where Gukesh played liked Ivanchuk, the great horse move
@@arkzbhHand vs Elaine Roebers today was the most fun.
@@redeyexxx1841 every minute of watching was worth it. Thank god we are not playing. Can't even imagine how much stress these folks are under
I believe decisive results in Tata Masters are an automatic video . Even more so when its a rating upset of this size.
There are people playing for scores while others play for the game. Without the Miaoyis, Dubovs, Tals and others there would be no game like it is. Hope to see more from this fantastic young lady. ❣
Great thriller, with simultaneous attacks on both kings, after a dramatic queen sac ! Congrats Miaoyi.
Always have time to watch your awesomr channel love from New Zealand
Thanks for summarising in the last 💚
Brilliant game and brilliant video!!!
This is some double next level sorcery. Tal is smiling.
Mioyi woke up and gathered her forces and was like all hail marry march forward and won the game
So young to be that brilliant at chess. Amazing.
5:52 agadmator just casually says a move like it is a very common or obvious move. you have to give some props/respect to her man!
what an amazing game - great to see!
Brilliant game. Such reckless attacking chess excites me. Thanks @agadmator.
Brilliant!
i fucking love chess. thank you for sharing the passion and for making these videos
I am so proud of myself, i paused the video for 3 minutes and i found the kh7, and if white plays rh3 then my plan was just to repeat the position with kg8 and try to secure at least a draw ...
Making all these calculations is incredible.
🎉favorite game here in a while. Added to my playlist. Thank you.
Miaoyi Lu was born in 2010. She's going to be a great player. She has great tactical ability.
thanks for the video, excellent
It hurts more knowing there was a winning line that no human could find than just losing by being outplayed
Sick game! Thanks!
What a beautiful play of Miaoyi
The black knight at 18:00 was like a pesky fly that keeps on coming back and the queen just chomps it down.
Wow that was a super fun and entertaining game. Bravo!!
Amazing stuff
The game is over and Agad is delivering.
#Suggestion Ju Wenjun vs Alizera Firouzja Tata Steel Masters 2024
brilliant!!!
Qxc2 was a literal Morphy move.
Waiting for Gukesh vs Nepo 😮😮
#suggestion Gukesh vs Nepo Round 5 Tata Steel Masters 2024. Thanks Antonio :)
At 8:45 instead of g4, play Bg7. Forces the king to take the bishop. If he doesn't, then Rh8 leaves no choice BUT to take the bishop. Once the bishop is taken, Qh6 is checkmate.
It wasn't until I watched your brilliant video twice I realized why Andrea didn't see Kh7.
He had been concerned to avoid Kh7 to prevent a discovered check with the bishop leading the capture of his queen. He would have considered Kh7 would simply have resulted in Rh3 forcing the King back or losing his attack.
Engines don't have a human sense of expectation.
Probably the best game a saw in last couple of mounts.
What an incredible game, i am officially a fan.
Thanks!
Incredible!
This game is amazing. This the 2nd time I have watched it. I also "shared" it on my Facebook feed.
It is good to watch and is excellently explained ...
A masterpiece
great game excellent analysis i- thanks so much
Another great game with great analysis.
Spectacular game!
Hahahahahahaah Àndrea 😂
it's Andrèa
Miaoyi Lu = 😮🤩🤯😎🔥🔥🔥 Somehow, she won even with the queen sacrifice.
3rd: Miaoyi played a tournament in the Philippines last year!! :D
Well Played!
I like when you say "Now look at this", because I do want to look.
Amazing!
#suggetion Eline Roebers vs Hans Moke Niemann
I love it when the girls win!
46 ... Kh7 is a blunder my parrot wouldn't have made.
Im in love with her playstyle.
Fearless attacking
That dark square bishop was a badass
To help with her name's pronunciation, it should sound like 'Meow-eee Loo'.
Heelo 👋 the Lo Ping here Xian China 😀 that the cat😅
I wasn't really impressed by her attack but I was very impressed with her courage to not really defend her king directly. Her king was so elusive in the end after he got rid of all her pawns. The way she defended that position with her attacking pieces was great.
damn my guess was sacking the e7 bishop on the a3 pawn, if they try to do the sack on f8 you come back with a discovery checkmate. but it doesn't work cus the rook on f3 captures the bishop back and after queen b4 threatening checkmate they will still do the sack on f8 and after the queens come off the board its a rook and knight vs bishop and knight with white still winning.
When mentioning great chess attackers don't forget Judit Polgar :)
Incredible game !!
Even Alex couldn't help Andrea here.
What a game! 😳👍🏻🫶🏻✨
What a game, great comments, thank you!
i wonder if bxa3 instead of kh7 would hold on since the bishop would be taking on f8 with check.
When Miaoyi first broke into the world stage I knew she was special, but I didn't know she was all time best. She was scary then and she is scary now. Hope she remains scary all the way.!!!
that is probably the most brilliant game i have ever seen.
I found the move kh7 so happy about that. calculated absolutely precisely at that .... feeling like a GM now😅
I found the king move instantly. :D
Wow she is amasing! ❤
Agad your explanation is okay...those that don't appreciate should leave voluntarily
Antonio has a very good rhythmic pace, very nice to listen to. if he was disjointed or stumbling through then I can see how that be annoying to some people, but he's not
Mama mia, what a game
You are one cool cat Ag. I myself no longer play chess. Like seeing analysis
Bf3 was also the move I thought of playing during the pause but sadly it was losing :(
At 21:21, an alternative idea would have been a rook ladder mate, Rg1ch, Rh3 mate.
Rh6 was prettier.
Insane game...😮
great game!
question I always wondered about: at 16:38 is the bishop able to cover F4 when moving it would cause white to be in check?
