    I have the contemporary cooktop and the grates will break, often. They are flimsy and will bend (the middle one in particular) if you put something heavy on it (like a pot of pasta water). It looks awesome but the grates design is their flaw. They are also expensive to replace. Be careful with this particular model since the front panel with the knob can add to the cost if you decide to change... I'm thinking of changing with the other 5 burners model with the red knobs on top. The grates are way more sturdy,

    Is wolf the best bang for buck for gas cook tops? Debating between wolf, blue star and GE

      This widely depends on your style of kitchen! We find that a lot of our customers in Cincinnati prefer the 36" Professional Gas Cooktop. Hope this helps!
