  • You can have confidence that you can be free from chronic pain or chronic nuisance symptoms. How is that? Because you have evidence from your past that your body heals and that it is excellent at learning new things.
Your past holds the evidence that you can be pain free and you can end your chronic pain and symptoms.
Evidence such as every time your body healed from illness or injury in the past. Evidence such as every time you learned a new skill or got better at an old skill. Chronic pain is nothing more than a pattern that your brain learned, and it can also unlearn it.

I'm so happy every time I see a new video from you 🤗
And a video every now and then is great for me, as it gives me time to assimilate it to implement the tips you give.
On the other hand, I know it's a lot of work and time to make such videos, so a big 🙏 to you.

Hello, Thank you very much for your kind words. I'm glad to hear the video rate is a good fit for you. Like you said, it's important to have consistency, but also to have time to digest and assimilate the content. There's so much content to discuss, so I'll keep at my 2 videos per week for quite some time. Thanks for being here!

Another great video! I generally always try to write down my best 3 shots after playing a round of golf. This keeps me from gravitating towards focus on the few poor shots. Always a great exercise in bolstering my confidence on the course in the next round.

Hi, That's a great habit. It's a good reminder to us all to end each day by making a list of the things that made us smile, the things that went well, and the "wins". Thanks for being here.

Hello, I'm glad you're here, and it raises a good point that I often hear. Even with a diagnosis like, RA, it's still helpful to use these techniques. All areas of our lives can improve when we uncover hidden fears, dial down fight-or-flight, and build a healthier relationship with our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs. I'm glad you're here, and I hope that you find a reduction of symptoms as a result.
