Once I defeated all the bosses and captured all the Pals I turned off decay in settings so I could build outside of my base. I built a base on one of those rock pinnacles just for fun, built several houses on waterfalls, built some tree houses, etc, but I didn't see any reason to move any of my bases there. I have one base on a waterfall and two bases on plateaus that have iron and coal so I don't have any need for another ore base. But it is fun to try different building techniques.
With Stair Blueprint out, Hold Alt. (Change Building Mode) Will move the stairs to attach to the foundation going down.
They should release support pillars of each material. They would take up less space, than walls.
If you put all the beds in an enclosed structure they can't reach, they'll just sleep wherever they are rather than having to walk over to a bed and they will still regenerate SAN just the same.
give you a tip place a ramp/stairs on the foundation then you can build another ramp/stairs
that's good to know :)
Just saying lavander can mine 24/7..dont need beds..
Why not use stone foundation?? I don't say wood is bad, but it is kinda risky while using fire pal
I realized way to late and didn't want to break it all😅
True, you did a good amount of work there for the base.
when putitng a trirs press left alt to make it go dowm instead of up, and stair can get in the gound or trough fopundation
That tip is a life saver thank you so much!!!
Probably my biggest criticism with Palworld is the building/ lack there of they do need to add the fact stairs to snap down and foundations to snap to existing build structures. Maybe give us some more build pieces to help with this aspect, also able to upgrade structures to the next level/ tier I like palworld and its quirkiness but the building is terrible, even though I don't really like building in games XD Fallout 4 was prob the only game I've tried to make things look nice and then I go ahead and delete the save :/
I completely agree, even just letting foundations snap to structures other than foundation and adding something like pillars would go so far
Maybe this is just a me thing, but it drives me nuts that I can't vertically flip those wall triangles. Also I'd like ladders and floor hatches as an alternative to doors.
@@GarboSweaty YES! This please☝
You can at least do stairs downwards if you hold Alt while building stairs. It's on the tool tip that says "Alt Build Mode"
Im commenting and whatching and liking all ur vids (:
great !!! 👍👍👍👍
Can you stack barrels on the corners as supports
Sadly I tried that but 2 barrels aren't tall enough and 3 is too much
did you build the syndicate's oil rig?
nope he didn't
@@Patou-tkt its a joke, kinda a weird coincidence is all
@@Chainsawjoe i wish I could, the timing of it is funny
@@Chainsawjoe oh okay sorry
Did you try byikding on new oil rig your wish came true
@@mstate11 I'm taking it on Monday >:)
you can build stairs going down if you build one above where you want it. You just have to look kinda up at the stair above. they can even go into the ground
interesting, I'll have to try that out on my next build
