- Huni’s a name that brings a smile to your face.
It’s a name that doesn’t follow the rules
A name that has achieved.
A name that people remember.
But before people knew his name, his charmed story started with failure.
This is his story.

That voicecrack when he was saying *Quadrakill* is the best thing that happened that season.
SQUAAAAWWWWWKKDRAAAA KILL
It was the worst crack I’ve ever heard
pretty much
1:19
that moment was legendary
At the end you can hear how much more fluent his English gets. Say what you want but the man works hard at everything he does, including languages apparently.
His English is "as good as f" anyone get the reference?
Apparently?
I thought he was American korean, isn’t he?
it really hurts me to watch huni's trundle against ssg on the finals. You can feel thatvhe never wanted to give up and did everything on that last fight. But it's not enough.
@Douglas Renato It was the ardent's meta...
Who can hate this man lol
Not Hachiman Hikigaya while he is in SKT everybody hate him. Idk why
i hate him cause he made me try lucian top >:^( kappa
Dumb idiots who can't have fun hate him.
Actually i don't like him at all
kKoma
Instantly came back to this after the announcement of his retirement 😢
Same here 😢
It is so sweet that Immortals was just like
"Oh SKT approached you? The team you have always dreamed of being on in your home country? Well we already have you signed but, you want to go play at home don't you?"
Huni:"Yes, it would he a dream come true, but I don't want to disappoint my team"
"Lets just check with your team *looks at phone as if to pretend to ask them and immediately looks back* yeah we all think it is best for you to follow your dream, go ahead and show the world what you can do from home"
I am sure the original Lucian Top was in some bronze v game.
Not really, they love Teemo and Nasus
Sakyo yasuo?
I think they love Yasuo but MID
Well, Huni did start in bronze...
They said it was Cabochard that invented it in lcs.
my favorite toplaner : highly skilled, dedicated player and a great personality
Seeing SKT falling in 2017 still hurts.. but the enemy SSG is now gone.. and Gen G is no danger anymore.
But I still miss the older times of all teams in League of Legends
25:40 him saying "bang certainly doesn't" was so damn brutal and depressing.
And the desperation in defending the nexus
great video. fun to watch. i didnt feel like i am watching 30min.
u didnt watch 30 mins u watched 27
EU and NA was where we saw how Huni shined as one of the most unique top laners in LoL history, showing aggressive gameplay and joy as a Summoner in the Rift. I love the man---he gives a smile on my face. Wherever Huni is, I'd follow. He's such a happy man, but it hurts to see that smile fade when he lost the 2017 Worlds while being in the dream he always wanted to be in. It hurts, really, I feel the man. I hope to see him shine even further as the oddball I admire and look up to. Huni is the best.
Fantastic video like always. I love these "The story of ****" videos.
Berten I can't seem to turn my language filter off. What'd you say after of?
Edit: When you have to go back and edit in the /s
Teddey the stars stand for the name of the players like huni faker etc... it's done on purpose not to trash talk ^^
Hassan is right. I should have wrote "The story of blank" but thats a problem :D
nice one x)
or the story of "x"
Great content guys. I don't typically enjoy watching these kinds of vids, but it was really well made and tbh made me appreciate the man they call Huni even more.
I can still remember being at the 2015 MSI in Tallahassee, FL and hearing the crowd chant "Huni" throughout every game he played.
The production values are just 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽
I love your documentaries. Thanks for the excellent content
Such a great player and personality ! fun to see Huni's really fulfilling his life and career !
Huni needs a team like Fnatic or SKT to bring him back to his prime level. He is kinda getting wasted at Echo Fox.
This story series is really incredible and well put together. Nicely done!
Love the quality of the videos, amazing.
Awesome video. Very thorough and well edited. Great job
Do more of this story videos! I love it!
sad that huni got dropped from skt when bang and wolf played like garbage at worlds
A True Goonfest not really sad aince skt is paying for it:^) they aren't even in top 5 lmao
I thought he left
Ikr Huni actually did good while botlane failed to do anything for example Bang flashing in the dragon pit at finals.
bang actually looked like wintrading, his mistakes were so bad and so continuous. Huni saved skt in the other two bo5, he was a monster at worlds, but CuVee was a beast aswell, Huni and SKT couldn't win without Bang so they didn't
He didn't get dropped, he leaved SKT same for peanut
legendary work of art. love the edits
I see huni, I click ❤
Great video like always.
Going to miss watching him play for SKT no matter what people say about him.
Wish Huni the best of luck with Echo Fox. And I hope he returns back to Korea and win a world championship he deserves
wow this video did not feel like 27 mins long at all, very well done
Thankyou for making these video
I miss the old Times
When Fnatic used to steamroll the entire EU LCS
Victor Vuong well fnatic is doing pretty much the same now
I'm so hyped for this Huni has been my favorite player since Fnatic
I am glad you appreciate the immeasurable greatness of the one and only GOAT and dedicate this entertaining video to him.
This video is so well made that it can be on TV as a documentary
Liked before watching
Watched before not liking.
Man I feel for Huni been so close so many times let’s hope it happens soon
hope he wins it this year with clutch
'I will teach this kid how to play league of legends' -Huni to Faker
This video was fucking awesome. Great job man.
i miss fnatic huni :(
Same
Most interesting, most fun to watch League player.
Great video unfortunately like many others about 2 years late. This would have been a great watch Hunis first year in Skt when I had to do all this research myself
Should've add that moment when there's an interview and Huni passes by behind him and everyone cheers, the interviewed glimpses back and says Oh, I know those cheers are not for me.
What would it take to get Huni on an LPL team?
Imagine making it to worlds from 4 different regions
EU > NA confirmed by Huni
Tak
Kr>Kr confirmed by Huni more like
it funny that it the only region he did not win lol
honestly this dude needs to make a hallmark Christmas card, his smile just radiates.
AAA i love this so much can you make the story of peanut??? I really enjoy these so much
The positive carry of the team
26:00 Ruler on the left trying to get hugs. LOL that shit looks funny af for some reason xD.
Back when the score eSports made best videos specifically about eSports
this video was really good
He s coming back to the world with clutch gaming he did it again
Seeing ryze in the clips just gave me back my PTSD of how broken he was back then. Just 100-0 any champ in the game after 2-3 rotations of smashing your face on the keyboard
And now he's unplayable in soloq in plat and lower.
r/RyzeMains is just a buch of depressed people memeing and waiting for the next rework
Crazy to think he could actually win titles in EU, Korea, as well as NA and could be at worlds for 3 different regions.
Great guy, great player
Bout the title: huni probably wasnt the one who thought of lucian top, he just made it popular
(but hey hey, i aint hatin on huni or this channel/series of videos, i love both of em
Huni being at the best team lineup in the history of the west speaks for itself, my favorite top of all time
12:54 every poppy E ever
Never expected to see you here
I will never not have the utmost respect for Huni. The king of the agro-top laners
Wow lmao he played games alot and still manage to do good in school what a legend
This guy is so inspiring. He's a guy who started as garbage and grinded his way to the top while still being a good student.
Could you do a story about Bang and Wolf? would love to see that
He's returning to Europe for Worlds
1st time I watched LOL esports, I was sooooo confused why I see Huni everywhere
For real though, as much as I love these videos, you make it sound like every loss was Huni's fault. Especially when describing him playing for SKT. Maybe not what you meant (and I'm sure that it wasn't) but that's just how I perceived it.
If you don't like Huni you are a hardstuck bronze 5 in real life
I like huni but I'm bronze 4 :C.
I love vids like this. Give us more 😀😀
This made me cry
Now i know how his english is being so good that he even cast in LCK caster along with the western caster, not korean caster xD
Being a caster is a great next step carrer for huni cos his personality is so extrovert than the other retiring player that moved on to being coach.
Hey could you do a video on Namei please? Keep up the good work!!
His English improved SO MUCH!
* first minute of the video *
* stops the video to give like *
* unpauses video to watch and be amazed by Huni's story *
I hope he does well this split. I miss him.
Simply amazing
18:15 someone dropped their phone on the ground lol
Everywhere huni goes, they are always the best F
gotta love huni, what a story
Good way to pass the time at work
what a mad lad
Huni is what this game really needs
Huni is the GOAT of all top lanes man he is class
How can you not love this guy? I mean, it's Huni! You have to like him c:
I love how both Huni and Reignover are just observing a hotdog at 2:54
Kappapride
Huni was a breather in the League. It's so cute when he twirls, dance and chuckles... He's such an angel 💓
P.S: i want Huni to be my younger brother *///w//* 💓
Adrian was also big part of Immortals perfomance in NA.
gonna missed this boi
There was a player playing active in NA - KR - NA - KR his name was Locodoco.
Another player playing active in KR - NA - KR was Rush.
So Huni wasn't the first, but he is one of the most successful players so far.
if you cant beat em, join em
Amazing Video!!!
nearly got me to tears
How can you hate this man
His English has gotten so much better omg
Score esports should do a story about CoreJJ. I think that would be an amazing story about how he was practically a nobody in Korea, then went to NA and couldn't make the impact and returned to Korea. One role-swap later = world champion
Heartmelted.. huni is the real mvp
Well made 💜
Huni at fnatic is the most fantastic huni, imo , miss him so much
so good
Crown, Ambition or Ruler????? As the next?
Great video guys but you should have mentioned the MSI win with Skt that was a pretty big achievement if you think about it and it should be mentioned
Skt had one MSI already, but it was Huni's first and only international championship.
Glad he came to the majors now in NA
This was absolutely the fucking best.
sooo close to the cup. but bang shot it out of the window
