In a cooperative housing society in Pune, Maharashtra, due to medical reasons, the original member has made her son an associate member in the year 2023. The original member wants to seek the correspondence from DDR office from 2020 under right to information (RTI). Who can file an application under Right to Information, Original Member or Associate Member?
