Those are more like generalised guidelines, not rules that are always true. Like in most cases F3/C3 is weakening and not a good move, but sometimes, it may be the best move.

That's one of the difference between top players and everyone below. You see a decent, even international master play? Their moves look great, and you wish you had thought of them. You see a super-grandmaster play? Their moves are very confusing, but if you're lucky you'll find out in several moves or much later.
