Too many people are exactly this on ladder now-a-days. It is utterly rampant from Bronze to low Masters, because once they get into masters they realize it doesn't get them cheap wins and then back to Bronze they go. This is why cheesing should literally be a bannable offence, back before when Starcraft 2 was not Free (The good-ol days) Cheesing was there, but not close to how it is today. As Artosis would put it, its a clown world

unfortunately, this is what happens with toxic opponents on ladder. A good report/ban would be an improvement!
turn off all chat should be an option
@@KJM3SMGIIRC it is an option, at least to ignore chat from your opponent, but it can be tedious as it’s buried in some menu.
