    So I don't have to precook the ingredients?

      I think it depends on the ingredients,I will use chicken so I'll definitely precook I think just take care to drain it well so the rolls don't get soggy.

    May as well fry them with that much oil, no?

      Comparing with fried ones, this is so much less oily. If you use spray oil, you can reduce the amount of oil :)

      I think she’s resting the rolls in the oil for a very short time, as they don’t appear to have that much oil on then,once they go into the air fryer. I’d really prefer to spray them with oil. However they look delicious.

    Why a air fryer if you need so much oil ?

    May I ask why need to add sake to water?

    • @cookingcoffeebreak
      @cookingcoffeebreak  Před 4 lety +1

      The rice paper becomes more browned when they are air-fried.

      Cooking & Coffee Break what can you use if you don’t have sake?

    I'm sure they taste good, but that's a big waste of oil. They only need to be lightly coated, not soaked. Also, if you don't put so much water on the rice paper, they get sticky enough on their own without needing egg to seal.
