"Any rational person would give up." That's so true. Having been on the grind, I almost lost my mind. My family turned against me and my friends counted me out. I had failed so much and tried to borrow funds from my sister and I was even blocked. But it was all worth it,
"Success hit different when nobody believed in you."

I feel the same I lost my mind I worked my ass off faced many failures and rejections yet I can't stop I will not give up and continue to work against my feelings. I used to have a lot of love for what I used to do which is to have disciplined lifestyle for my dream. Having no cheat day eating the most best training the most best. But the failures and failures has made me lose interest towards my work and I don't feel passionate anymore I desperately want to give up but I can't because I committed to do the path. Have you also felt like that you have lost all the love for your work for sometime ?. I sometimes think thwt maybe thinking that my work was my passion was wrong thing it wasnt true?. Due you also felt that in your grinding journey pls tell. But anyways no matter what I won't give up and give my all

@@HarshilBadminton Hi, don't ever give up this was me some 4 years ago. Now, looking back there's a lot I didn't understand back then since I was at the beginning of my journey right now a lot has changed. My advice is sometimes people may be right you just need to evaluate yourself and make sure to measure your progress. If you have been on the grind for more than 5 years and still no results, it's time to re-evaluate your objectives.

My parents don’t want me to follow my passion but that won’t stop me that only motivates me more, I deeply LOVE what I do and if I didn’t love what im doing I wouldn’t be willing to work so many hours on my dream, I wouldn’t have the drive to become the best, I have a fire inside me when I do that, I will be the greatest, there is no way to become super successful if I do something that I hate, I think about my passion 24/7, I have visions everyday of me becoming successful at that, I will never stop doing what I love, they are gonna have to literally kill me for me to stop following my passion. I will be the best ever. J-25

Everyone wants to be successful to get that one feeling in their hearts, the feeling of contempt, but it only lasts in the moment you feel “successful”, after that it just ends and you go back to working hard again, so if you chase that feeling you will be left numb. A better thing to chase is getting better in what you do, this way even small improvements will make you you happy until finally you leap your boundaries and reach higher domains of perfection in your work, but all this will take immense pain, suffering, commitment, getting back up after a huge downfall, everyday struggle to keep your mind in check. So it depends if you are willing to do that

people say you you have to have a lot of passion for what you're doing and it's
totally true and the reason is is because it's so hard that if you don't
any rational person would give up it's really hard and you have to do it over a
sustained period of time so if you don't love it if you're not having fun doing
it you don't really love it you're going to give up and that's what happens to
most people actually if you really look at the ones that ended up you know being
successful unquote in the eyes of society and the ones that didn't
oftentimes it's the ones that are successful loved what they did so they
could persevere when it you know when it got really tough and and the ones that
didn't love it quit because they're saying right who would want to put up
with this stuff if you don't love it so it's a lot of hard work and and it's a
lot of worrying constantly and if you don't love it you're going to fail so
you got to love it you got to have passion and I think that's the
high-order bit the second thing is you've got to be you've got to be a
really good talent scout because no matter how smart you are
you need a team of great people and you've got to figure out how to how to
size people up fairly quickly make decisions without knowing people too
well and hire them and you know see how you do and refine your intuition and be
able to to help you know build an organization that can eventually just
you know build itself because you need great people around you

But if u are truly passionate about it
You still go the hard way to do it
Its hard but its not hard enough to make u quit. You will suffer but u will not quit
Because u have passion for it.

He is saying that it is tough to actually get something great to happen. There are multiple ways to get things done and sometimes you are not lucky enough to get the thing you want by the easiest possible way. Any sane person would stop at this point and get the second best thing he is getting. But, if you are insane and stubborn to get only the thing you want and not to compromise with that then you will go the hard, the risky way, the insane way, that most don't go through. and you "may" finally get it.

I need of advice. I have been driving for about 5 months now and before I even got into trucking j was on college but I left college to pursue a trucking career. Went through school really excited to drive, got my CDL, joined an awesome family owned company who treats me very very well but I ended up leaving for two months as I wanted to go back to school and I didn’t really want to drive anymore. I ended uo going back recently to the same company and now I am wondering if I should have just stayed out of the industry. Don’t get me wrong I love to travel, I’ve gotten to see a lot of great states and views across the country, but I always questioned if this is for me. I know people say give it time and to stick it out but I have so much anxiety when it comes to trucking, I get in my head about so many things, I hate being away from home for so long, sitting for hours on end, always scares out of mind when driving especially with how people drive, worrying about not making mistakes or upsetting my dispatcher if I mess up, and so many other things with driving that I question trucking. But the other thing is I have no idea what else I would do outside of this. I am only 21 years old about to be 22 years old in about a month. I could truly use some helpful advice

Wait for the difficulties to become second nature, then see if you still like it. I work at a gas station and would like to open up my own convenience store someday. Drive thru style, to cut out the difficulties I've gotten used to but still hate (rude people in the same room as me, the monotony of standing around all day). You can work with what you like and can tolerate, but maybe there's a slightly different path or totally different path that suits you more. You just have to consider your options and be creative with your solutions and have a vision

    • @realman1349
      @realman1349 Před 10 měsíci

Make a list of pros and cons of truck driving as it relates to you. Visualize and think through that list. Take some time to also research and shadow people in other career fields of interest. Factors to consider: 1) Can you see yourself content working in that field long term? 2) Is it something that pays a livable salary and has room for career growth? 3) Is if something you’ll be good at? 4) Will it be a job that isn’t going away or getting replaced anytime soon? You’re young, so take your time to make the right decision. Once you find something that is the right fit for you, stick with it and learn everything about the field you can. Become the best in this field, and you will always be in demand.

Meet different people….. Con: 1.) A lot of stress on the mind 2.) A lot of anxiety 3.) Away from home a lot 4.) Alone most of the time which takes a toll on you mentally 5.) can never have a regular sleep schedule 6.) Feels like I should be doing something more than this 7.) constantly thinking about leaving for good but don’t know what else to do 8.) Always worried about doing something wrong or something going wrong 9.) Want to be home but family keeps telling me to stay but again I don’t want to nor do I see any of this worth it besides the money but even then it doesn’t make it worth it 10.)
