The lad needs briefing on how to present himself in front of a camera, his general conduct completely detracted from what he had to say. Not the way to encourage respect or engagement. Shame you inconvenienced him.

If his poor performance was due to circumstances (lack of sleep or whatever) he should have explained so, and excused, to the listeners. He didn't do that.

To every person who thinks this man is a poor speaker; you try staying in a country at war and report on it as well as you can, especially anywhere near where the fighting is going on. If you can't or won't, please sit down and be quiet, or at least acknowledge that you understand why he's sounding so tired and disjointed when you criticise. Your words show a high lack of empathy.

@@MattheoBorey If I can have perfectly rested professionals but delayed or outdated information, or a tired person who is professional enough to stay and do their job despite the difficulty and wear and tear to their body, I will respect the latter a lot more than the former. Sometimes you have to choose what to prioritise. The pandemic should have taught everyone who live in a safe country that to some degree.
Um... been a LONG TIME since I've heard anyone speak using THAT MANY, "um's" so it was pretty funny when other guy said UM in his VERY FIRST sentence to Um Tom 1:04
