      All 4 of them play linebacker fr??? That’s dope man are they like all around the same age? They could all be on the same team dominating for a defensive unit

    Great stuff, Coach. We start our Youth Football Season tomorrow, and I plan to incorporate every one of these in our position drills. Thanks! Do you also happen to have anything on block shedding drills for linebackers? I've seen the bridge (push, pull), rip, and steer techniques. Would love to see you break down the ones you think are best for LBs. Keep up the great work!

      Definitely start utilizing a ladder if you have one for footwork and cones for change of direction and speed drills. Take a look at some of my shorts I have lots of videos you could utilize for him as well

    Thanks I’m entering my sophomore year I’m 6 feet tall I weigh about 199 pounds I admit I haven’t been put in the work I’m supposed to on the field or in the gym so I re-classed but for the past week I’ve started practicing what I need to do but do you have any nutrition and exercise tips that I could use also I don’t have a weight room right now

    • @UNDEFEATEDSPORTS
      @UNDEFEATEDSPORTS  Před 2 lety

      Sounds like you have a nice frame on you being 6 foot and 199 pounds! If this is something you really want man you gotta be consistent, even if you don’t have a weight room utilize the tools around you. Keep hitting the field doing sprints, flipping the hips, change of direction, Plyometrics. Do as much body weight work as you can right now not having the weight room, do push ups, sit ups, get a pull up bar if you can, do single leg balance drills to test your balance also. With nutrition it depends on what your looking to do gain weight, tone up, lose weight so you would have to give me a specific goal then I could let you know what you should do nutrition wise

      @@UNDEFEATEDSPORTS thanks it’s summer so I’m basically working five days a week now honestly I’m trying to gain lean muscle mass but still stay athletic although I don’t know if I can really gain muscle from calisthenics

    • @UNDEFEATEDSPORTS
      @UNDEFEATEDSPORTS  Před 2 lety

      @@zay_gzs5635 definitely hard to gain muscle mass through strict calisthenics training but I rather you do that than do nothing. You’ll definitely have to be consistent. Do you live in an apartment that maybe has a gym with free weights that you could utilize?

      @@UNDEFEATEDSPORTS nah I live in a house Although I believe a planet fitness near me with giving free workouts for the summer for highschooler so I’ll see if I can do that

    • @UNDEFEATEDSPORTS
      @UNDEFEATEDSPORTS  Před 2 lety

      @@zay_gzs5635 yes most definitely look to see if that is a benefit you’re entitled too! And if so take full advantage and get in there at least 3-4 times a week. Even if you have to pay, planet fitness is only $10 a month, if this is something you really want you have to be willing to invest in your progress!
