Beautiful big garden 😍, large gardens are very physical, that was a lot more coming off, than it appeared at the beginning, nice work and chat mate, 👍 😀

Nice work mate. I always count 1 timepart for cutting/pruning and 2 timeparts for clearing/cleaning up. When I have big bonky branches and so on, I tie a big rope or a band around it and than crop it al together with my knees and pulling the wrap/rope simultaneously. After that it's much easier to carry around the property.

That’s one lovely property to be working at there Chris, I always find which I’m sure you did that what looks a simple job that’s not to big becomes huge when you get stuck into it, as for the tidying up I’m not sure I’ve ever enjoyed that part of my job!
It’s good to see you back onCZcams by the way and I hope the second business continues to keep you busy during the winter months.

I did karate as a kid, but only for a few weeks, I did the crouching tense thing and farted really loud, that was my last visit. You need a bigger van, lovely property, nice and relaxing by the looks of it, no rushing around to get to the next job

"Perfect" job for a chilly day!
And kudos for showing what high quality content is possible with just a smartphone! 👍
I totally empathise; I also have those endless time-and-motion-study debates with myself trying to figure out the most efficient way to get a job done! 🤓
Given you didn't have the chainsaw, I couldnt think of a quicker method for the cutting part.
For the clearing though, did you also consider cutting the waste shorter with loppers and loading into a big bag to carry over the bridge on your shoulder? You would have had less trips... but then perhaps more time spent cutting into shorter pieces...
Or... if you have lots of jobs like that, a small chipper would deal with nearly all the waste, avoid the need for moving it to the bonfire site, and would give you free mulch around the base of the roses...?
    Keep up the good work!

I did used to have a small chipper / shredder but it died and I haven't replaced it. Would definitely have been used for that job.
      Thanks for watching 👍
