I know I have uploaded this video very late..but there were some health issues because of this so much hectic medical process. It took two days to complete the whole medical examination and those both days were too much exhausting.(I know you had faced the same..so can understand)I hope this video will help those who have not done their medical examination yet. Ma'am all in all, jo bhi test hain, jaise urine, cbc, chest x ray and x ray report ye sab private clinic se kara skte hain na Baaki medical performa, govt hospital se bharwana hai Am i correct?
Do i have to escan 18 page format also...i doubt because it is only partially filled? And also photocopy of 18 page is not possible unless filled. Same thing applies for fidelity and secrecy form. Please reply!
No you don't need to scan all 18 pages...only the page of fidelity and secrecy has to be scanned...and if you have not filled that page completely,...scan that page at the dv time after its completion. I have also not filled that page completely..will scan at the dv time.

Civil surgeon ki stamp zaruri h bs...and reports bhi zaruri h...chest xray private lab se karwa k wo vala film and report le k jao, and jo bhi reports civil se nahi mil rhi..bahr private lab se le lo.

i have done my medical today.. hospital gave me sign and stamp of civil surgen but they didn’t provided any reports.. since u have completed your DV.. is it necessary to submit reports of blood and xray ? kindly reply
Yes reports are mandatory...if civil hospital has not provided then you can have your tests and reports from a private lab. Carry that reports with your medical certificate.
Call HR Pooja mam and tell her all this..i think she may allow you to carry dv mail print out with you in case you have not received your appointment letter till your departure... And one.more thing...don't forget to ask mam that k ab jaise appointment letter nahi aya toh kya dv vala print pe hi terms and conditions accepted likh k scan krke bhejna hai k ni..

they have done all the tests mentioned on that form that we have got from bank checklist. and signed by superitendant of the govt hospital
Superintendent of govt hospital ka rank dekh lena bs..it should be equal to or higher than CMO or civil surgeon.

No issues in that... don't forget to take chest x-ray, xray report, blood and urine reports along with certificate
