3. Single Machine Chest-Press
☞ 2 set each of 10 reps (80kg / 176lb)
4. Low Pulley Flyes
☞ 3 set of 10 reps (30kg / 66lb)
5. Decline Cable Flyes
☞ 4 set of 7 reps (30kg / 66lb)
