    ☞ 3 set of 5 reps (90kg / 198.5lb)
    2. Incline Dumbbell Chest-Press
    ☞ 3 set of 9 reps (28kg / 62lb)
    3. Single Machine Chest-Press
    ☞ 2 set each of 10 reps (80kg / 176lb)
    4. Low Pulley Flyes
    ☞ 3 set of 10 reps (30kg / 66lb)
    5. Decline Cable Flyes
    ☞ 4 set of 7 reps (30kg / 66lb)
    Tip
    Do some facepulls, it helps your posture by tightening your shoulder blades and upper back so that your shoulders won’t roll over after a chest workout✔️
