hey I am really not sure about any supposed ET artifacts but I will tell you that once you recognize the senses have been hijacked any tale of contact could just be an implant or sensory stimulation: if all there is is nano controlling peoples pineal glands it can certainly make people think there is something there (e.g. ship, alien) when it is not, and there is nothing but the stimulation of senses and dont get me started on implanted dreams, and implanted or hijacked memories....
